- The most important part in manufacturing RF Power Amplifier is that it must be manufactured so that it can be operated stably for a long time while the product is operating as well as the performance that meets the standard, and this product satisfies the needs of such customers. The configuration of the RF Test System, SA1059, consists of RF High Power Amplifier, RF Antenna, and RF Antenna Switching. We configured a chiller (water cooling device) in the RF Test System for stable cooling of the RF Power Amplifier and supplied it as a 1 rack product. This equipment is used for radiation immunity test during the electromagnetic compatibility test of medical devices. It is an RF output device that can perform pre-verification to protect against electromagnetic fields and other mutual interference between medical equipment used in real life and other medical devices. News- SUNGSAN E&C will participate in EMC FEST Korea 2018
- Since the establishment in 2002, SUNGSAN E&C has become a global leading company in the RF market around the world. In 2015, based on accumulated knowledge and experiences, SUNGSAN E&C has released high power amplifiers for EMC, called ‘SA Series’ as a new line-up. The ES Series operates from 20 MHz to maximum 6 GHz with output power level varying from 35 W to 1000 W.Not only that, there is a variety of options, such as LCD Alarm, GPIB and AGC Mode.Upcoming November, SUNGSAN E&C is taking part in EMC FEST 2018 which takes place in Hwasung Korea on 21st November. News- SUNGSAN E&C succeeded in localization in accelerator field.
- Regarding the high power amplifiers that are involved in the heavy-ion accelerators, a lack of semiconductor technology and that of power combining technology lead to the dependence on overseas technology. Since, however, SUNGSAN E&C took part in the development project of the Korean heavy-ion accelerator which was the national industry, called ‘RAON’ in 2012, SUNGSAN E&C had focused on developing the localized heavy-ion accelerator as a matter of priority. Through 5 years developmental period and abundant knowledge accumulated, SUNGSAN E&C finally developed and announced the successful localization of the 80 kW heavy-ion accelerator on June 27th 2016. In addition to 80kW heavy-ion accelerator, SUNGSAN E&C has developed heavy-ion accelerators of 81.25 MHz (5 kW, 20 kW), 162.5 MHz (6 kW, 7 kW) and 320 MHz (20 kW) simultaneously. In conclusion, what SUNGSAN E&C has done has contributed a great deal to the localization of the Korean heavy-ion accelerator.
